Shipping and returns

When purchasing online with us, you can use courier services throughout Georgia.

*Please note that when ordering, you must specify the exact address (region, street name, street number, apartment number, entrance, floor, code if you use the phone)
*Also, please note that if the courier cannot contact you at the indicated number, the item will not be delivered to you, so please indicate an active number where you can communicate with the courier in a timely manner during the day.

The courier can pick up the parcel at the address twice, if communication fails the second time, the item will be returned to the courier warehouse and then to the Woodthins showroom. From where you can withdraw.

The item and refund policy lasts for 5 business days. If more than 5 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Refunds will be made to the same account from which the transaction was made.
In order to be able to return the item, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it (in the original packaging).
